A word from Amber Jean.
We have experienced a lot of changes since the pandemic, we have had highs like traveling to Europe to offer Rocket Training as well as expanded our online offerings, we have had lows like having to search within to accept change and through it all the rocket practice continues and evolves to meet the needs of the practitioners. The rocket as developed by Larry Schultz was always meant to change and evolve, that is the heart of rocket philosophy. With that said, allow change and allow change to inspire you to new heights on and off the mat. Change comes in the form of shiva destroying what is out worn to birth greater good. I’m sure we all can relate to such change. It is during this time there is an even stronger need to shift our perceptions of the life we always “thought” we wanted and to accept the present moments and the gifts that are right here, and right now.
Yoga ah Cincinnati was opened with the blessing of Larry Schultz in 2008, while it has changed form our community is thriving and Yoga ah Studio has a regular schedule of classes as well as teacher training programs.
