Zoom Yoga with me!
I am offering three zoom classes a week. Each zoom class has the same start time which is noon standard eastern.
Monday we will start the week with a Medicine Rocket yoga class with an extended meditation  and a lead Yoga Nidra
Wednesday I will focus on the Larry Schultz Rocket system and Fridays you will be a part of my in person All Levels Yoga ah class. I have a registration page set up where you can pay and you will receive your zoom link. Use code LARRY and save 5.00 off your first class. Register below.
