Yoga ah Studio in Cincinnati Ohio has been a hub for Yoga Training since it opened in 2007. Amber Jean trained and assisted Larry Schultz in teacher training for 11 years, it was during that time she learned “teacher training techniques” she studied sequences and ultimately got to practice these techniques in her own training programs at Yoga ah.
It has been such a delight to bring these programs back to Cincinnati. This past winter in the cold cold months, a group of students traveled from Louisville to attend a 50 hour Rocket training. We all formed an amazing bond and after training Cat invited Amber to come to Louisville to offer a 20 hour immersion at her studio, 502 Power Yoga. Here are some photos of what we shared together.
